Welcome

Baleias Guesthouse opened its doors in 2025 and is ideal for families wishing to spend their Algarve holiday in walking distance of town, while offering all the comforts of a holiday home.

The Guesthouse is just outside Praia da Luz in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for an idyllic getaway. The 1.40m deep pool provides an easy way to cool down after a warm day exploring the nearby beautiful surrounding, and due to its limited depth is safe for kids.

New furniture & painting

In April/May of 2025, Baleias Guesthouse will be closed for renovations. The following work will be done to improve the comfort of our guests:

New furniture, such as replacing the living room couches, TV, dining chairs, decoration & master bed (from 150 x 190 to 180 x 200)
Inside & outside painting of all walls
Pool renovation

The facilities

3 bedrooms (1 room with a queensize bed and 2 rooms with twin beds)
3 bathrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs, all with toilets + showers)
1.40 m deep private pool, sunbeds & beach towels
Living room with couches, TV, dining table
Fully equipped kitchen with oven & dishwasher

Outdoor BBQ available to use
