Meet our multi culti family
A German girl that got stuck in Portugal during the first COVID lockdown. A Dutch boy fleeing the cold of the Netherlands after the lockdown, desperate for some surf. A crazy Australian cattle dog that loves nothing more than action and cuddles, and in 2024 Luca was born in Portugal, who will grow up surfing, enjoying lots of the outdoors and parents that avoided company careers as much as possible.
Our odd little family fell in love with Portugal and we are very happy that we may call it home.
In 2025 we created Baleias Guesthouses to share the western Algarve and all it has to offer with those who wish to come and explore it.
