Terms & Conditions
- The minimum booking length is 4 nights.
- Check-in time is after 15:00; check-out time is by 11:00.
- A booking is only confirmed once a down-payment of 50% has been paid and received.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. The down-payment will not be refunded for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
- The full amount has to be paid prior to check-in.
- Families are most welcome and a baby bed is available for free upon request.
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old. Families with children are warmly welcomed, but we do not accommodate groups of young adults under 25 to ensure a peaceful environment.
- Our guesthouse is not suitable nor available for bachelor(ette) parties.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
